Becoming a union learning representative
This month sees the launch of our new eNote for union members thinking of becoming a union learning rep (ULR). The eNote looks at ULRs and the work they do to support learning in the workplace and how union members' lives have been changed through learning. Take a look at this short excerpt from the eNote introducing the role of the ULR.
The eNote identifies the benefits of union learning, presents the case for ULRs, and details the key role they play in promoting learning to members, unions and employers. The eNote will hopefully persuade many more existing union reps and members to consider taking on the ULR role.
The eNote will also be of interest to newly appointed ULRs. If you are a new ULR and are looking for training course, why not search our course directory.
